Before you check in, we’d like to review a few important things that you should know:
This is a residential condominium. While we encourage you to have a good time and enjoy the facility, noise after 10 pm is NOT permitted in outdoor areas. This includes horseplay, loud TV/music, or talking loudly. The neighbors will not hesitate to call the police if necessary. Additionally, parties are NOT allowed, and no unregistered guests are permitted at the house beyond 10 pm.
Plumbing on the Island is sensitive. Please only flush natural waste and toilet paper. Non-flushable items such as feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, and trash should be disposed of in the trash can next to the toilet.
NO SMOKING inside the house or on the balcony. This includes hookah, tobacco, or marijuana. If you must smoke, please go outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking inside the house or improper disposal of cigarette butts will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.
Please turn off all lights whenever you leave the house.
Quiet hours are as follows:
Sunday through Thursday: 8 PM to 6 AM
Friday and Saturday: 10 PM to 6 AM
Please be mindful of noise before and after these hours.
Do not hang out of windows. This is hazardous, and we are not liable for any accidents or lost items.
Do not throw items over the balcony or out of windows.
Any missing or damaged items, including linens, towels, and other property, will result in a replacement fee. Additionally, lost key fobs will incur a replacement charge.
