Before you book, here are some key things you should know:
Dive into our pool, open for your leisure at all times! Just remember to wear flip-flops when transitioning from the pool to your unit through the lobby.
Cheers to fun! Alcoholic beverages are allowed by the poolside for guests over 18. However, please refrain from taking drinks into the pool itself.
Our unit is fresh off the renovation press, including secure balcony doors. Make sure to lock them after enjoying the stunning views.
The front desk is your go-to for luggage storage and amenity directions, but not for linens or housekeeping.
Early bird or night owl? Security can direct you to visitor parking for extended enjoyment of our common areas.

Important Notice: Power outages can occasionally happen across the island. While these are usually brief, we recommend keeping your devices charged and being prepared just in case.
Important Note: Please be aware that our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate plan selected. For standard rate bookings, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival. After this period, the reservation is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. For non-refundable discount rate bookings, no cancellations or refunds are allowed, but we offer a transferable coupon valid for one year that can be used for any future reservation. Old San Juan: A mere 5 miles from your doorstep, step back in time with Spanish architecture and vibrant street life. Don’t miss the speakeasy vibes at La Factoría.
Piñones: Only 4 miles away, this area is a street food haven. Try Hipic Cache Restaurant for their famous red snapper and alcapurrias.
Condado: At a distance of 3 miles, this is the place for luxury dining and shopping. Book a special evening at 1919 Restaurant inside the Condado Hilton.
Santurce: Also 3 miles away, known for its bustling nightlife at La Placita de Santurce, where salsa music fills the air.
Feel at home as you enjoy unrestricted access to the entire space, designed for your ultimate comfort and relaxation. The only exception is a storage closet in the bedroom, which is off-limits. Otherwise, the place is all yours to relish
• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Guests that receive noise complaints from neighbors will have their reservations cancelled and will need to find other lodging alternatives.
• Smoking inside the property is prohibited. A $500 smoking fine will be charged if violated. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside away from the condominium and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 guests at all times, including visitors.
• No pets allowed without prior host consent.
• Please, be mindful of the next guests. Check out on time (11:00 am). A $100 fee will be added for every hour after and any other cost that might inflict for not being able to prepare the property on time for the next guests.
• Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food or any substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess, stained towels/linens will be charged accordingly to the price of replacement.
• Do not hang towels from the balcony. A $125 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
• Lost keys/key-fob will incur in $50 fee for missing key/key-fob.
• We are in a tropical island, unwanted insects and ants will come fast if food is left on the floor or tables. Please, no eating or drinking in the bedroom. Please, put unwanted food in the trash can, not in the sink. Although we clean immaculately between each stay, we cannot guarantee the property to be free of all bugs, animals and pest. We cannot compensate for the presence of pest, insects or animals.
• Please, we kindly ask to not throw toilet paper or towels, or any other trash in the toilets. The water system of the house can break.
• Do not place any trash around the condo. Remove ALL TRASH during and at the end of your stay. There are dumpsters outside of the building and a trash room in the hallway.
• The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used.
• Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
